NSW enrichment coverage

GetReal enriches NSW sale records with bedroom and bathroom data from agency-sourced sold listings. As of August 2026, approximately 12.1% of NSW records are enriched (17,709 of 146,330). Agencies: Ray White (10,955 records), McGrath (5,386), LJ Hooker (1,368). Un-enriched records use national distribution estimates as a fallback.

Open data advocacy

GetReal believes property sales data should be freely available in all Australian states and territories. NSW leads with individual sale records. Victoria, Queensland, and others publish only aggregate data. See the data freedom manifesto for the full argument.
